Standing on the stage at graduation, Charlene was emotional.
“My life has totally changed,” she said. “(Advance Memphis) works from the inside out. It has changed my heart, my mind, and how I view things.”
Charlene, an always-upbeat Arkansas native, is one of 52 South Memphis residents to graduate from our Work Life program so far this year, our most since 2019.
